1. How to Make a Purchase?

To make a purchase, please click the “Add To Cart” button on the selected product and follow the instructions displayed. After completing the “Check Out” process, our staff will contact the customer by email or telephone to inform them of the stock status of the ordered items and any applicable shipping costs.

Purchases can also be made offline by calling (021)452-2460 directly or by visiting the nearest Nuansa Musik outlet.

2. How to Make a Payment?

For various reasons, Nuansa Musik does not currently accept online payments. Payment can be made in the following ways:

  • Transfer to the BCA account of PT. Nuansa Vadita Prima Account No.: 413-3020074
  • Transfer to the Mandiri account of PT. Nuansa Vadita Prima Account No.: 125-000-749-235-8
  • Mastercard, Visa, BCA Card credit card (only for transactions at selected outlets and a surcharge will apply).
  • BCA Debit Card
  • Citibank Eazypay (at selected outlets).
  • Installment/Credit
  • Cash

After making a transfer, please send proof of transfer (including the customer's name and transaction code) via email to info@nuansamusik.com or fax to (021) 4587-6231.

3. How to Make an Installment/Leasing Payment?

The leasing/credit process is handled through a credit company, and in this case, we work with AEON Finance.

  1. Minimum financing amount of Rp. 750,000.
  2. Indonesian citizen aged at least 21 years, or married and having a steady income, and having worked at their current job for at least 6 months.
  3. Residing and working in the Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, Bekasi area.
  4. Complete the Credit Application Form.
  5. Complete the required documents, namely: photocopy of KTP, photocopy of credit card (for those who have one), original payslips for the last 3 months or photocopy of bank statements for the last 3 months.
  6. Administrative fee of Rp. 50,000.
  7. Approval time between 3 days and 7 weeks (depending on the completeness of the data).
  8. The set interest rate varies according to the applicable program.
  9. For items that can be leased, please confirm with Nuansa Musik first.
  10. Other requirements apply according to the promotional program.

4. Are all products displayed on this website always in stock?

Not all products on this website are always in stock. However, even if they are not in stock, these items can always be ordered through Nuansa Musik. Stock status and ordering depend on the availability of stock at the distributor and factory for the relevant items. Our stock is spread across all Nuansa Musik outlets and our dealers throughout Indonesia, so it is advisable to always confirm before making a payment transfer because stock status will continue to change until the transaction is finalized.

5. Prices on the website.

The prices listed on the website are list prices unless there is a promotion. To get the best price, we recommend always following the updates on our promotions, whether through the website, Facebook, Twitter, or by contacting the nearest Nuansa Musik outlet directly to get the best price.

6. Why do I need to register?

To make a purchase or participate in the Nuansa Musik forum, you must first register. In addition, we will also periodically offer special promotions for Nuansa Musik website members, so it is highly recommended to register to receive these benefits.

7. Product warranty and authenticity.

All products sold by Nuansa Musik, both online and at our outlets, are original products with genuine warranties from the distributor or directly from the manufacturer.

8. Free Delivery

For the Jakarta area specifically for the purchase of large musical instruments such as Pianos and acoustic Drums, Nuansa Musik offers a Free Delivery service. Contact us for more information.

9. Nuansa Musik Locations

Unlike other online stores that only rely on a website, Nuansa Musik has outlets in 13 locations, making it easier for our customers to try products or have them serviced and claim after-sales services.
