These Elixir roundwound electric bass strings are made of nickel-plated steel wire that produces a round, rich tone with exceptional clarity and a strong midrange presence.
The NANOWEB coating provides a natural, smooth feel that enhances grip and reduces finger squeak. Elixir Strings coat the entire string, protecting not only the playing surface but also the area between the windings, where dirt often accumulates.
